Rey Ethan Mobile Notary can verify you're aware of what you're signing, identify the correct notarial act (e.g., acknowledgment vs jurat) when the document states it, and complete the notarization. In Florida, a notary must refuse if: the signer is not present at the time of notarization; the ID is not valid or adequate; the signer appears incompetent or under duress; or the document is blank/unsigned where required.
